The Client

SafePlay Systems Pty Ltd was established in 1993 as a sole Victorian distributor of Forpark Australia who are a major Australian playground equipment and outdoor furniture manufacturer.

Trading as Forpark Australia (Vic), SafePlay supply playground equipment, park furniture, outdoor gym equipment and ancilliary services to local government, education and commercial business.

SafePlay's sales and service office is located in Ringwood, where their dedicated team provides playground equipment for a vast range of projects. They are long-term members of the Playground and Recreation Association of Victoria (PRAV).

The Brief

The primary website objective was to display the manufacturing capacity of SafePlay Systems online in a catalogue format. Potential customers could flick through the product categories quickly and easily. Images can be added quickly by SafePlay staff and the website loads them very fast. SafePlay need the capacity to make quick website changes in-house so they can add a new playgorund or news article.

The Solution

SafePlay asked WiseInternet to design their first website and install the WiseShopper System. When the WiseShopper System was demonstrated to SafePlay, it became apparent the system was perfectly suited to them and the website updating features were simple enough to use and had sufficient functionality to fulfill the needs of their business.

The WiseShopper System

The WiseShopper System includes a long list of standard features including a custom interface design, an online shopping catalogue, a content management system and an email newsletter application. The website was custom designed, newsletter templates were provided and all required content and images were transferred from their old website into the new one. These services were all inclusive of the WiseShopper System package. Search engine optimisation is also standard when purchasing the WiseShopper System package. The website receives daily live server statistics and an online help system is available 24/7.
